Vania Shi  |  Founder

Vania Shi

Vania brings over a decade of strategy consulting, operating, and investing experience focusing on digital infrastructure, technology, and AI sectors.

Her work spans growth strategy, commercial due diligence, operational transformation, and capital formation with a proven ability to translate complex problems into clear narratives, and strategy into measurable results.

Previously, Vania served as an Investment Manager at Morrison, a leading global infrastructure manager with over US$30 billion in assets under management, and as a Manager at Altman Solon, the world's largest strategy consulting firm dedicated to telecommunications, media, and technology.

Vania holds a Master of Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University Smith School of Business.
